Abstract American ginseng (AG) has been reported to have anti‐inflammatory effects in many diseases, but the key molecules and mechanisms are unclear. This study aims evaluate mechanism of AG identify by vivo vitro models. Zebrafish was employed assess properties compounds. Metabolomics utilized potential AG, while molecular dynamics simulations were conducted forecast interaction capabilities these compounds with inflammatory targets. Additionally, macrophage cell investigate enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay western blotting. Seven discovered ginsenoside Rg1, Rs3 (G‐Rs3), oleanolic acid exhibiting strongest affinity for signal transducer activator transcription 3. These demonstrated inhibitory on migration zebrafish models ability regulate ROS levels both macrophages. The experiments found that Rs3, could promote M2/M1 polarization ratio inhibit phosphorylation overexpression revealed provided new evidence scientific use AG.

Paeonia lactiflora Pall ( P. ) is a perennial herb with high medicinal and economic value. In the growth process of , plant’s root secondary metabolism intricately linked to microbial communities that surround it. However, few systematic studies have reported changes in microbiome metabolites during cultivation thus far. this study, amplicon sequencing technology was used determine difference rhizosphere microorganisms . The non-targeted metabolomics method metabolites, relationship between demonstrated by co-expression network analysis. paeoniflorin content (PC) determined HPLC. total phenol (TPC) Folin–Ciocalteu method, flavonoid (TFC) NaNO 2 -Al (NO 3 method. antioxidants were evaluated DPPH, ABTS, FRAP methods. Results showed Proteobacteria had highest relative abundance among all phyla, Halomonas genera. results 693 207 differential detected four groups, which mainly enriched biosynthesis phenylpropanoids, phenylpropanoid biosynthesis, taste transduction, central carbon cancer, plant metabolites. also PC, TPC, TFC, antioxidant capacity white group higher than those other groups. This study revealed differences different varieties provided theoretical support for breeding data reference improving quality regulating species.

In the present work, we assessed antioxidant, antibacterial, and antifungal activities of chemically defined Artemisia mesatlantica Maire (EOAM) essential oils. The GC-MS analysis EOAM showed presence active promising compounds. important antioxidant capacity through DPPH, FRAP TAC assays. in vitro antimicrobial screening that had antibacterial activity, with inhibition zones ranging from 20.67 to 38.35 mm on solid media inhibitory doses 2.34 4.78 µg/mL liquid media. It also exhibits activities, diameters 15.67 61.57 at 2.90 12.54 µg/mL. was resistant Aspergillus flavus (A. flavus). addition, molecular docking, dynamics simulations, ADMET analyses validated activities. This research suggests A. may fight drug-resistant bacteria. These results demonstrate potential produce novel solutions.
