Abstract. Sudarmanto B, Suranto S, Suntoro Sutrisno J. 2023. Measuring climate action readiness in maintaining ecological resilience using satellite imagery and field research Garang Watershed, Central Java, Indonesia. Biodiversitas 24: 2958-2974. The long-term viability of vegetation as a representation land cover watershed is critical. However, more work needed to develop management the form model that considers existence social values unified system, particularly times change. Moran's Index measurements statistical correlation analysis were employed this study quantify geographical patterns. These provide real-world judgment developing aggressive response scenarios. Ecological derived from shifting trend indices due mutual interaction between living beings build life cycle harmony with environment. Meanwhile, are determined by assessing individual internal factors such attitudes, knowledge, responses external represented local government institutions. findings reveal distribution residents residential areas dispersed. With high confidence level, linear index declines R2 = 0.5872 for inhabitants 0.9171 areas. In dry season, there significant relationship spatial pattern inhabitant's index. community's knowledge attitudes considerably impact changes indices, during rainy 0.207 SAVI 0.232 NDVI. Community values, which elaborate on responses, role institutions, show community upstream area watershed, specifically Kendal District, best position, value 6.627976. On contrary, Semarang area, has lowest 4.257092.
