Plant amino acid transporters play an important role in the absorption of soil acids by roots, transport between xylem and phloem, plant growth development, response to abiotic stress. In this study, we identified 147 AAT genes quinoa genome sequence categorized them into 12 subfamilies on basis their similarity phylogenetic relationships with found Arabidopsis thaliana. Interestingly, these are not evenly distributed chromosomes. Instead, most centrally located outer edges chromosome arms. After performing motif analysis gene structure analysis, observed consistent presence similar motifs intron-exon distribution patterns among subfamilies. Tissue expression revealed that CqAAT was less expressed fruits more stems, leaves flowers. Meanwhile, under four adversities high temperature, low waterlogging, drought different treatments nitrogen, phosphorus, potash fertilizers two CqGAT subfamily, AUR62031750 AUR62023955 were up-regulated stresses. summary, there is a significant differentiation tissue stress gene, indicating CqAATs regulating development
