The concentration of nitrogen fertilizer is matched with the nutrient requirements in different growth stages plants, which coordinates their vegetative and reproductive growth. In this study, influences before after initiation flower bud differentiation (first second stage, respectively) on pepper seedling quality were studied. chlorophyll a content, sucrose synthase activity, phosphate activity seedlings grown under moderate (15 mmol L−1) first stage combined high (25.61 15.7%, 39.3%, 34.6% higher than those same treatment, respectively. regression model also showed that values diameter, shoot fresh weight, root glutamine synthetase condition stage. addition, results comprehensive evaluation treatment ranked first, improved carbon metabolism, increased biomass accumulation, promoted flowering seedlings.
