Abstract Herein, we have synthesised cobalt (Co) and copper (Cu) co‐doped Ni‐ferrite Ni 1‐x Co x Fe 2‐y Cu y O 4 nanocrystals (NCs) via the facile micro‐emulsion method. The materials were analysed for various physio‐chemical characterizations to investigate co‐doping (Co Cu) effects on magnetic, structural, electrical, photo‐catalytic properties. structural analysis Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) X‐rays diffraction (XRD) showed successful fabrication of with cubic spinel geometry having a single phase, crystallite size was observed in 15 24 nm range. electrical response measured using current‐voltage (I–V) good features, resistivity declined from 6.85×10 7 Ohm.cm un‐doped 0.04×10 materials, which accredited due synergistic metal cations Ni‐based ferrite structures. Magnetic investigation VSM increased saturation magnetization (Ms 31.32 50.75 emu/g) coercivity (218.76 406.82 Oe) because higher magnetic responses 2+ ions NCs. The widespread discharge of organic dyes into the wastewater from various industrial processes has develop a major environmental apprehension in modern world. To tackle such issues, we are synthesizing novel catalyst composition, Ba1 − xCoxDyyFe12−yO19 (x = y 0.02–0.06) using sol-gel auto-combustion (SGAC) for photocatalytic eradication malachite green dye (MGD). fabricated sample show single-phase hexagonal structure. hexagonal-shaped grains seen field emission spectroscopy (FESEM) visuals prepared hexaferrites. oxidation states every element present developed specimens investigated X-ray photoelectron spectrophotometer scrutinized. specific surface area (SSA) HF1 is 3.523 m2/g, whereas band gap values co-doped barium hexaferrites found within range 1.61 to 1.75 eV. magnetic analysis indicates that increasing concentration Dy and Co, raised saturation magnetization declines coercivity. conducted evaluations reveal removal efficiencies 89.85%, 91.12%, 94.36% obtained HF1, HF2, HF3 after 90 min natural irradiation. Moreover, capability reusability synthesized assessed over series five consecutive experimental cycles. As result, this research delves at potential applications BaFe12O19 MGD applications.

MgFe2O4@ZnAl2O4 magnetic nanocomposites were synthesized with the easy and green sol–gel method, their photocatalytic efficiency was followed toward degradation of reactive blue 222 (RB222) dye under visible light irradiation. Prepared fully characterized. The SEM TEM images revealed spherical morphology produced nanocomposites, average size 20–25 nm. XRD pattern sample exhibited successful synthesis MNCs crystallite 13 saturation magnetization (Ms) examined using VSM, indicating a value 6.59 emu/g. absence Hc Mr values confirms superparamagnetic nature nanoparticles. In addition, surface area calculated to be 78.109 m2/g utilizing BET analysis, band gap determined 1.88 eV by DRS analysis. photocatalytic, photolysis, adsorption performance investigated result shown photodegradation activity higher than others. These results confirm synergetic effect between irradiation organic dye. indicate that rapid 96% RB222 occurred in just 10 min, TOC removal rate approximately 59%.
