Vibration sensors are widely applied in the detection of faults and analysis operational states engineering machinery equipment. However, commercial vibration with a feature high hardness hinder their usage some practical applications where measured objects have irregular surfaces that difficult to install. Moreover, as operating environments become increasingly complex, there is growing demand for capable working wet humid conditions. Here, we present flexible, superhydrophobic sensor parallel microcracks. The fabricated using femtosecond laser direct writing ablation strategy create cracks on PDMS film, followed by spray-coating conductive ink composed MWCNTs, CB, PDMS. results demonstrate developed flexible exhibits high-frequency response up 2000 Hz, acceleration 100 m/s2, water contact angle 159.61°, linearity 0.9812 between voltage signal acceleration. indicate can be employed underwater vibration, sound recognition, monitoring fields such shield cutters, holding significant potential mechanical equipment speech-based human–machine interaction.
