To
improve
the
shape
recovery
degree,
chemical
cross-linking
mode
effectively
prevents
slippage
between
molecular
chains
of
memory
polyurethanes
(SMPUs).
However,
irregular
crosslinked
network
structure
formed
tends
to
be
unevenly
stressed
when
subjected
external
forces,
and
stress
concentrations
occur,
leading
a
decrease
in
mechanical
properties
polymer.
obtain
better
properties,
we
introduced
four-armed,
regularized
pentaerythritol
propylene
oxide
(PO-PTOL)
into
SMPUs
networks
prepare
(PUX)
with
model
networks,
controlled
topology
PUX
by
adjusting
content
PO-PTOL.
Among
them,
PU0.15
exhibited
ultra-high
(tensile
strength,
elongation
at
break,
Young's
modulus
32
MPa,
2011.7%,
1.59
respectively)
excellent
(shape
time
less
than
1
s,
fixation
degree
92.7%
98.5%,
respectively).
This
study
provides
new
ideas
for
designing
structures
is
paradigm
introducing
modeled
SMPU
networks.
