Abstract Carbon fiber plain weave fabric (CFPWF) reinforced polyphthalazine ether sulfone ketone (PPESK) composites with weak interlaminar bonding are prone to delamination failure, resulting in poor mechanical properties. Therefore, this paper adopted the interlayer spraying process construct ketone/polyether (PPESK/PEEK) composite phase between layers and adjusted ratio of PPESK PEEK regulate structures. The results indicated that when is maintained at 1:1, exhibited a bicontinuous structure, optimal properties for composites. tensile strength was 477 MPa, representing increases 30.79% 8.82% compared pure single phases, respectively. flexural reached 338 indicating 25.90% 112.50% over phases. Additionally, maximum impact load recorded 1978 N, an energy absorption rate 86.56%. Highlights Complex constructed using process. Adjustment PEEK‐regulated effect structure on explored.
