Abstract
The
increasing
production
of
Pomelo
oranges
and
the
need
to
diversify
their
use
enhance
economic
value
have
prompted
research
into
developing
processed
products
from
Pomelo’s
outer
peel.
This
study
aims
rank
potential
derived
peel
using
Analytic
Hierarchy
Process
(AHP).
Data
were
collected
by
distributing
questionnaires
five
experts,
who
conducted
pairwise
comparisons
selected
products.
AHP
method
was
applied
these
based
on
priority
weights.
results
show
that
candy
ranked
first
with
a
weight
0.35,
followed
snack
(0.25),
aromatherapy
(0.20),
scrubs
(0.10),
sauce
(0.09).
consistency
expert
evaluations
validated
through
Consistency
Ratio
(CR),
calculated
at
0.059,
indicating
high
level
consistency.
