Antimicrobial activity of Streptomyces against fungi causing diseases in soybean culture. This research investigates the antimicrobial isolates pathogenic fungi, exploring a biological alternative to conventional chemical control.Streptomyces spp., known for their ability produce variety bioactive compounds, were studied response pathogens that significantly impact crops, such as Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Rhizoctonia solani, Corynespora cassiicola, and Colletotrichum truncatum.Employing vitro methods, including dual cultivation, volatile compounds analysis, scanning electron microscopy, this study probed interactions suppress fungal growth.Significant variations seen inhibitory efficacy isolates, with some exhibiting superior inhibit growth antifungal activity.Scanning microscopy results unveiled morphological alterations treated pathogens, contributing deeper understanding molecular between phytopathogens.Additionally, glucose consumption by isolate's during cultivation was monitored, offering insights into metabolic behavior strains implications potential application future experiments. In conclusion, findings underscore agents combating diseases, promoting more sustainable agriculture line global efforts reduce reliance on harmful agrochemicals.
