Abstract Application of drug conjugated iron oxide hematite ( α -Fe 2 O 3 ) nanoparticles are tremendous interest in biomedicine nowadays. Meanwhile, green production is gaining favour due to its sustainability, ease usage, and biocompatibility. Therefore, this work reports on the use hexahydrate ferric chloride nerium oleander flower extract synthesize nanoscaled particles with various drugs for antibacterial agents. Diverse morphological, physicochemical, structural, optical, magnetic characteristics have been characterized using FESEM, EDX, XRD, UV–vis, FTIR, Raman vibrating sample magnetometer. The synthesis polyshaped nanoparticles, average sizes ranging from 47.2 ± 20 nm, was accomplished. Furthermore, temperature-dependent variations behavior were observed during calcination. XRD spectra revealed type formation nanoparticles. Only calcinated IO-NPs at high temperatures (700 °C) demonstrated low coercivity residual magnetism, which weak ferromagnetic ordering; other samples, including nascent ones, showed incredibly ordering. Besides, effectiveness drug-encapsulated against bacteria vitro examined. It interesting observe that gentamycin-coated tended be more susceptible S. aureus than E. coli bacteria, but streptomycin-conjugated reverse trend. However, as compared temperature sample, both antibiotic-loaded displayed better inhibitory abilities.

According to the similarity of calcium phosphate structure with that human bone, they are most used in different medical applications. Among these bioceramics, β-TCP has very important and properties, which can be modified by several approaches, including changing chemical composition substitution. This chapter objects work on cationic substitution using magnesium (Mg) copper (Cu); this study aims synthesize pure monophasic powders other substituted bivalent ions Mg copper, aqueous precipitation method controlled amounts Mg2+ and/or Cu2+ ions. The results obtained describe variation unit cell parameters grain size nature rate.

In this paper, our research team has synthesized new nanocomposites by simple precipitation/ignition method and using low-cost chemicals. Hence, β-cobalt hydroxide/hydrohausmannite/ramsdellitee/spertiniite tenorite/cobalt manganese oxide/manganese oxide were precipitation of Mn(II)/Co(II)/Cu(II) solution sodium hydroxide ignition precipitate at 700 °C for 3 hrs, respectively. The characterized different instruments such as energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), transmission (TEM), nitrogen gas sorption analyzer, UV–vis spectrophotometer. Energy analysis revealed that the nanocomposite formed a result consists copper, cobalt, manganese, oxygen where weight percentages are equal to 31.73, 27.01, 17.26, 24 %, Also, 31.26, 23.87, 14.56, 30.31 Transmission consist polyhedral spherical shapes with an average diameter 34.50 28.56 nm, used photocatalysts efficient degradation methylene blue dye. 0.05 g degrade 100 % 50 mL 15 mg/L dye within 25 min in presence H2O2 under UV light.
