New ways of ensuring sustainable development in various areas life are being intensively researched. One the key priorities is to maximize use invaluable natural ingredients cosmetic products while minimizing negative impact on environment. In this study, a three-component composite based amber, diatomite, and PhytokeratinTM (hydrolyzed plant protein) was developed using mechanochemical synthesis. The goal release biologically active substances, such as succinic acid PhytokeratinTM, aqueous solution. physicochemical properties materials were characterized Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), thermogravimetric (TG) differential (DTG) analysis, Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, Ultraviolet–Visible (UV-Vis) spectrophotometry. Additionally, Density Functional Theory (DFT) used perform quantum chemical calculations characterize molecular interactions composite. optimized demonstrated favorable characteristics structural properties, confirming its suitability for applications. DFT revealed potential molecular-level between organic components, indicating stability functional integration resulting innovative successfully incorporated into eco-friendly formulations, including solid shampoo bar nail conditioner.
