This study aimed to optimize the pelleting and coating process for red clover seeds, addressing issue of low success rates. Through theoretical analysis experimental research, pan fill rate, powder supply quantity, time were identified as key factors influencing rate. Single-factor experiments conducted investigate effects these parameters on quality seed coating. Based results, orthogonal trials carried out, response surface was employed reveal influence patterns interactions each factor. The research results indicate that affecting ranked in order importance, are time, quantity. mathematical model optimization, optimal combination determined be rate 35.9%, quantity 160.2 g, 6.9 s. Under conditions, a 94.3% achieved validation experiments. provides foundation practical guidance optimizing which is significant improving promoting cultivation.

Portulaca oleracea L. is an important herb with the same origin in medicine and food. To achieve precise sowing of P. oleracea, this study employed a mixed experimental design to optimize pellet formulation seeds. Fillers such as kaolin, bentonite, talcum powder were used, along binders including polyvinyl alcohol, sodium alginate, carboxymethyl cellulose. The physical characteristics germination properties pelletized seeds evaluated determine optimal formulation. results indicated that, after pelletizing, exhibited higher seed viability vigor, rate, index. Specifically, singulation rate correlated positively kaolin content, disintegration was proportional amount added, compression resistance bentonite ratio. Using response optimization, fillers used for pelletizing identified 17% powder, 16% 67% bentonite. Single-factor experiments showed that using PVP binder at mass fraction 10% resulted improved indices. This not only optimized based on properties, but also expanded application processing traditional Chinese herbs. It holds significant implications mechanized production small,

To address the challenges of low automation, insufficient precision in seed-powder-liquid ratio control, and suboptimal coating quality current domestic small-sized forage grass seed pelletization equipment, this study designed developed a fully automated system. The system employs microcontroller unit (MCU) as core controller, integrates an ATFC101 serial touchscreen for human-machine interaction, combines programming electronic control technologies to achieve precise regulation material liquid supply, enabling quantized operations. hardware feeding adopts bidirectional thyristor (Triac) circuit, while software implements dual-mode strategy ensure high stable delivery. Experimental trials using Caragana seeds powder demonstrated that integrated electro-control achieved full with dispensing deviation controlled within 1.2 g 0.32 g, significantly improving dosing accuracy. This research provides critical theoretical technical insights optimizing equipment seeds.
