Purpose:
As
mental
health
issues
among
the
aging
population
become
increasingly
prevalent,
effective
interventions
that
incorporate
physical
movement
are
essential.
To
explore
influence
of
Qianlong
exercise
on
elderly
people,
emphasizing
biomechanical
aspects
activity.
Methods:
A
general
situation
questionnaire
and
SCL-90
were
used
to
measure
psychological
status
627
people.
Results:
There
significant
differences
in
dimensions
somatization,
obsessive
symptoms,
interpersonal
sensitivity,
depression,
anxiety,
hostility,
terror,
paranoia,
psychosis,
sleep
diet
total
score,
especially
paranoia
psychosis.
Furthermore,
study
identified
variations
length,
frequency,
forms
practiced
by
participants,
indicating
these
factors
may
play
a
critical
role
influencing
outcomes.
The
properties
exercise,
characterized
controlled
movements
enhance
balance,
coordination,
flexibility,
contribute
improved
well-being
reducing
stress
promoting
relaxation.
Conclusion:
represents
an
intervention
for
enhancing
elderly,
integrating
activity
with
benefits.
Future
research
should
focus
specific
mechanisms
mediate
effects
how
such
exercises
can
be
incorporated
into
comprehensive
promotion
strategies
population.
This
approach
not
only
addresses
fitness
but
also
fosters
resilience,
making
it
valuable
addition
geriatric
programs.
