Lipase from Moraxella sp. SBE01 is an expression of the gene encoding lipase. Detection and characterization lipase coding necessary for large-scale production through genetic engineering. This study aimed to observe molecular weight, amino acid sequence, length, conserved acids in DNA gene, with goal identifying characterizing lipase-coding SBE01. The primer design process was conducted amplify using specialized software sequence alignment phylogenetic analysis. Amplification carried out PCR designed primer, forward (GTC ATG TAC TTC CAY GGN GG), reverse (GGT TGC CGC CGG CDS WRT CNC C). under pre-denatured conditions at 95°C (3 minutes), followed by 30 cycles denaturation 95°C, annealing 66°C (30 seconds), 70°C elongations (1 minute) final elongation (10 minutes). results were electrophoresed 1% agarose gel a 1 kb marker. sequenced analyzed sequences type expressed. Sequencing resulted 387 bp nucleotide sequence. had high homology strain TA144. encodes protein consisting 129 contains HGG (His-Gly-Gly) motif, which characteristic lipases family IV, also known as hormone-sensitive (HSL) family. suggests that shares structural functional similarities other enzymes HSL family, playing key role lipid metabolism.

Grape seeds are by-products of vinification process. In this work, a green ultrasound-assisted extraction grape oil was performed by using the natural volatile deep eutectic solvent (NADES) menthol: thymol 1:1. The obtained compared to that deriving from UAE with n-hexane in terms fatty acids composition and biological activities. content linoleic acid low for DES extracted oil; linolenic increased 0.53 % 5.18 %. showed best total phenolic (18.65 mg GAE/g) flavonoid (0.73 RE/g) contents highest results FRAP, CUPRAC, MCA Phosphomolybdenum assays. also higher amylase inhibition (0.57 mmol ACAE/g) than extract (0.47 ACAE/g). Finally, anti-inflammatory activity assessed vivo through tree different assays, suggesting their could be partially responsible significant effect seed NADES.

Abstract Immobilized lipases have received great attention in food, environment, medicine, and other fields due to their easy separation, high stability (temperature, pH), storage properties. After immobilization, lipase transforms from a homogeneous heterogeneous state, making it easier recover the reaction substrate achieve recycling, which is line with concept of green chemistry reduces protein contamination product. There are various materials for enzyme including polysaccharides natural sources, inorganic compounds, carbon nanotubes, metal–organic framework materials, so forth. Magnetic immobilization carriers been widely studied ability separation by adding magnetic field. Its method can be simply divided into two categories: physical action (adsorption, embedding) chemical binding (covalent, cross‐linking). Some studies mainly discuss support methods, applications immobilized food. On this basis, our review also focuses on changes crosslinking agents lipases, different methods promote new trends study proposes prospects research food industry.
