Nursing students who are prepared to be professional nurses need have holistic health. Health is not only physical but also mental. The educational process taken; both theories in the classroom and practical learning experiences can cause stress students. Resilience ability bounce back after facing a problem, which needed so carry out their education well. This study aimed identify relationship between resilience mental well-being of nursing research quantitative correlational with cross-sectional design. population was Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, purposive sampling technique, sample 223 obtained. instruments used this were valid reliable, including 14 questionnaire (alfa Cronbach 0.76), Stress Education Questionnaire (Cronbach 0.946), Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scales 0.84). result that 64.1% had high resilience, 62.8% experienced severe stress, 75.3% an average level. Kesehatan tidak hanya meliputi aspek fisik namun juga jiwa atau psikologis. Proses pendidikan dilalui mahasiswa baik perkuliahan di kelas maupun pembelajaran praktik dapat menyebabkan stres pada mahasiswa. Resiliensi adalah kemampuan untuk bangkit Kembali setelah menghadapi masalah dibutuhkan oleh sehingga mereka melalui pendidikannya dengan kondisi kesejahteraan pula. Abstract Background Nurses with a strong professional self-concept tend to exhibit positive mindset and work engagement, delivering high-quality patient care. Although numerous quantitative studies have examined the factors impacting self-concept, there remains limited exploration of these from perspective nurses themselves. Methods This qualitative descriptive study uses PERMA theory Social Cognitive Theory as theoretical framework. Semi-structured interviews were conducted 15 six public hospitals in China. The data analyzed thematically using combination inductive deductive approaches. Results Nurses’ understanding could be divided into four categories: identity, competence, care, knowledge. Factors influencing nurses’ categorized eight subthemes three domains: (1) personal factors, including psychological qualities attitude towards nursing profession; (2) occupational-related behavioral role-oriented behavior knowledge-oriented behavior; (3) environment external evaluation perceptions nurses, time allocation, tasks, atmosphere, school education, perceived supports. This study aimed to examine factors influencing psychological well-being and support among healthcare professionals involved in adverse event investigations, complaints, medical errors, patient injuries from January 2020 March 2022. The second-victim experience tool (SVEST) was used assess experiences resources. Non-probability purposive sampling employed, data were collected through a Monkey Survey sent via email around 150 clinicians (physicians, nurses, pharmacists).
