Nursing students who are prepared to be professional nurses need have holistic health. Health is not only physical but also mental. The educational process taken; both theories in the classroom and practical learning experiences can cause stress students. Resilience ability bounce back after facing a problem, which needed so carry out their education well. This study aimed identify relationship between resilience mental well-being of nursing research quantitative correlational with cross-sectional design. population was Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, purposive sampling technique, sample 223 obtained. instruments used this were valid reliable, including 14 questionnaire (alfa Cronbach 0.76), Stress Education Questionnaire (Cronbach 0.946), Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scales 0.84). result that 64.1% had high resilience, 62.8% experienced severe stress, 75.3% an average level. Severe conditions by do necessarily decrease well-being. management interventions complete education, maintain improve Abstrak: Mahasiswa keperawatan yang dipersiapkan menjadi perawat membutuhkan kesehatan holistic. Kesehatan tidak hanya meliputi aspek fisik namun juga jiwa atau psikologis. Proses pendidikan dilalui mahasiswa baik perkuliahan di kelas maupun pembelajaran praktik dapat menyebabkan stres pada mahasiswa. Resiliensi adalah kemampuan untuk bangkit Kembali setelah menghadapi masalah dibutuhkan oleh sehingga mereka melalui pendidikannya dengan kondisi kesejahteraan pula. Infusion therapy involves the intravenous administration of drugs, fluids, and blood products to hospitalized clients. This study aimed identify factors influencing nurse compliance in monitoring infusion fluids according Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The research adopted a quantitative approach with descriptive correlational design cross-sectional approach, focusing on population 50 nurses. Data collection utilized observation techniques questionnaires as instruments, analysis employing Kendall's Tau B C methods. findings revealed significant correlations between age (p-value=0.000), education (p-value=0.006), career path level (p-value=0.013), knowledge (p-value=0.011). However, there was no relationship length work experience (p-value=0.257) SOPs this private hospital. To enhance quality care, it is recommended that nurses receive additional training provided by nursing team at hospital, specifically fluids. targeted could contribute reducing instances complaints related mismatched patient needs ultimately improve established therapy.

An emerging concept in SBL research is psychological safety. To explore potential resilience and psychological flexibility patterns in nurses analyze the effects of related factors such as growth mindset professional recognition categories. Resilience can help resist occupational pressure play essential roles promoting personal development. A latent category approach was used to examine heterogeneity among 805 nurses. Differences influences were analyzed using univariate multivariate logistic regressions, with demographic information, mindset, career covariates. Participants divided into three categories: toughness-flexible (32.8%), power-deficit-emotional (23.1%), toughness-rigid (44.1%). The results regression analysis showed that monthly income, mode employment, identity influential categories nurse flexibility. Günümüzde öğrencilerin kariyer planlamalarını kaygıdan uzak bir şekilde yapabilmeleri sağlıklı karar alma süreci için gereklidir. Öğrencilerin başarılı geçirebilmelerinde ise psikolojik sağlamlık önemli değişken olarak işlev görmektedir. Bu bağlamda çalışma, meslek yüksekokulu öğrencilerinin sağlamlıklarının kaygılarını ne düzeyde etkilediğini ve her iki değişkenin cinsiyete göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğini ölçme amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada betimsel özelliğe sahip ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Anket tekniğiyle 241 katılımcıdan veriler toplanmış SPSS programı yardımıyla analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre, orta sağlamlığa kaygısına oldukları tespit Ayrıca ile kaygısı arasında istatistiksel negatif yönde anlamlı ilişki olduğu sağlamlığın üzerinde yönlü etkisinin görülmüştür. Yani sağlamlıkları arttıkça kaygıları azalmaktadır. Cinsiyet bazında erkek kadınlardan yüksek olduğu, açısından cinsiyetler olmadığı saptanmıştır.

Background: The fluctuating wave of Covid-19 cases induced the nurses’ work pressure, both physical and psychological. Occupational stress burnout were caused by a nursing care plan, moving health equipment. It influences decreasing in care, working motivation, patient safety, such as falls medication errors. This study aimed to evaluate factors influencing nurses' occupational facing Pandemic Yogyakarta. Method: mixed method was used this study. Using convenience sampling, 272 nurses who at hospital inclusion criteria registered Indonesian Nurses; with one-year experience work. Nurses Occupational-Stress Scale 21 (NOSS-21) Family Support (FSS) family support system. analyzed using binary logistics. Results: showed mean score 44.40 ± 9.077. indicated low stress.
