Post-Smart Tourism Destinations (PSTD) need a sense-of-place approach based on uniqueness and thematic differentiation to deliver authentic valuable experiences. Information communication technology (ICT), digital adoption, sustainable development, community empowerment local wisdom, destination are keywords that will be further explored in the development of tourism villages Kenderan as most important at village level. The smart tourism, proof disruption sector, has become objective almost every world today, it an urban or rural area. Since its initial emergence, concept evolved. Applied research implemented mixed methods form qualitative through expert judgment quantitative structural equation modeling analysis. results this show creative events for tourist village, competence, practice building blocks while competence have significant mediating effect locality villages. To ensure possesses competitive advantages, must explore promote differentiate itself by identifying valuable, rare, inimitable, non-substitutable resources. implication is develop wise distinctive destinations, should their values resources, embed them into basic components core resources co-create, distribute, deliver, market value.

Digitization is becoming the key to achieving rural revitalization, and there a complex inter-active relationship with farmer enrichment, agriculture development, making it highly valued by governments around world. Quantitatively evaluating symbiotic between digitization, agricultural reveal driving mechanism behind them, which can provide evidence for government, enterprises, relevant stakeholders. This paper conducts an empirical study of 84 digital village national pilots in China based on coupling coordination model geographically weighted regression, focus spatial characteristics, mechanisms pilots. The development has significant heterogeneity, most state. were complicated, heterogeneity synergy forces different factors, special attention should be paid effects (the nature intensity regression coefficients local regions) policy design implementation. It worth noting that population aging mainly plays negative role, while industrialization, government support, resident capacity positive role. other factors play both roles. Income gap urban residents, aged 65 above, financial self-sufficiency are critical factors. We suggest developing differentiated management policy, accurate integrated basis smart planning, construction China. In view differences digitalization its as shown study, necessary policies according conditions, single taking into account interactive multiple

This study evaluates the efficiency of EU countries in utilizing their geographical potential for wind and solar energy production. A two-stage radial network data envelopment analysis (NDEA) is used to estimate utilization natural resources. The research a computational-empirical nature on basis publicly available data. basic variables included model are: mean speed, Global Horizontal Irradiance, population, land area, capacity, PV generation, power generation. relationship between environmental installed capacity evaluated first stage. In second stage, actual production from analyzed. trends over time are also investigated. approach offers comprehensive assessment by considering both technical performance constraints.
