Huntington's disease (HD) is a devastating neurodegenerative that manifested by gradual loss of physical, cognitive, and mental abilities. As the advances, age has major impact on pathogenic signature mutant huntingtin (mHTT) protein aggregation. This review aims to explore intricate relationship between aging, mHTT toxicity, cellular senescence in HD. Scientific data interplay mHTT, HD were collected from several academic databases, including PubMed, Google Scholar, Google, ScienceDirect. The search terms employed "AGING," "HUNTINGTON'S DISEASE," "MUTANT HUNTINGTIN," "CELLULAR SENESCENCE." Additionally, gather information molecular mechanisms potential therapeutic targets, was extended include relevant such as "DNA DAMAGE," "OXIDATIVE STRESS," "AUTOPHAGY." According research, aging leads worsening pathophysiology through some processes. result accumulation, promoted, which causes DNA damage, oxidative stress, decreased autophagy, increased inflammatory responses. Pro-inflammatory cytokines other substances are released senescent cells, may worsen neuronal damage course disease. It been shown treatments directed at these pathways reduce symptoms enhance longevity experimental animals, pointing new possibility treating condition. Through their amplification harmful effects play crucial roles development Comprehending interplays creates novel opportunities for measures targeted alleviating enhancing patients' quality life.

Lung cancer is a highly prevalent and fatal that seriously threatens the safety of people in various regions around world. Difficulty early diagnosis strong drug resistance have always been difficulties treatment lung cancer, so prognosis has focus scientific researchers. This study used genotype-tissue expression (GTEx) genome atlas (TCGA) databases to obtain 477 adenocarcinoma (LUAD) 347 healthy individuals' samples as research subjects divided LUAD patients into low-risk high-risk groups based on prognostic risk scores. Differentially expressed gene (DEG) analysis was performed 25 pyroptosis-related genes obtained from GeneCards MSigDB tissues noncancerous individuals, seven were significantly different among them. Coexpression differential these long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) found three lncRNAs (AC012615.1, AC099850.3, AO0001453.2) had significant differences between tissues. We Cox regression least absolute shrinkage sum selection operator (LASSO) construct model for with (pRLs) analyzed value pRLs by Likaplan-Meier curve regression. The results show prediction good ability. In addition, we also studied tumor mutation burden (TMB), immune dysfunction rejection (TIDE), microenvironment scores groups. successfully established pRLs, which provides new insights lncRNA-based strategies.

Breast cancer is one of the leading causes mortality among women, primarily due to its complex molecular landscape and heterogeneous nature. The tendency breast patients develop metastases poses significant challenges in clinical management. Notably, mutations gene 1 (BRCA1) significantly elevate risk. current research endeavors employ diverse approaches, including RNA, DNA, protein studies, explore avenues for early diagnosis treatment cancer. Recent attention has shifted towards long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) as promising diagnostic, prognostic, therapeutic targets multifaceted progression Among these, intergenic (lincRNAs), a specific class lncRNAs, play critical roles regulating various aspects tumorigenesis, cell proliferation, apoptosis, epigenetic modulation, tumor invasion, metastasis. Their distinctive expression patterns cellular tissue contexts underscore their importance development progression. Harnessing lincRNAs’ sensitivity precision therapeutic, prognostic markers holds promise management However, potential lincRNAs remains relatively underexplored, particularly context BRCA1-mutated other clinicopathological parameters such receptor status patient survival. Consequently, there an urgent need comprehensive investigations into novel diagnostic biomarkers. This review examines associated with BRCA1 cancer, highlighting future applications.
