ABSTRACT Glycolysis is implicated in the onset and progression of colorectal cancer (CRC) through its influence on proliferation, invasiveness, chemoresistance immune system evasion neoplasm cells. Increasing evidence has shown that abnormal expression noncoding RNAs (ncRNAs), especially microRNAs (miRNAs), long (lncRNAs) circular (circRNAs), CRC closely related to glycolysis. In this review, we present a synthesis latest research insights into modulatory roles distinct pathways ncRNAs glycolytic process CRC. This knowledge may pave way for identifying novel therapeutic targets, as well prognostic diagnostic biomarkers
