The aviation sector, a significant greenhouse gas emitter, must lower its emissions to alleviate the climate change impact. Decarbonization can be achieved by converting low-carbon feedstock sustainable fuel (SAF). This study reviews SAF production pathways like hydroprocessed esters and fatty acids (HEFA), gasification Fischer–Tropsch Process (GFT), Alcohol Jet (ATJ), direct sugar hydrocarbon (DSHC), fast pyrolysis (FP). Each pathway's advantages, limitations, cost-effectiveness, environmental impact are detailed, with reaction pathways, feedstock, catalyst requirements. A multi-criteria decision framework (MCDS) was used rank most promising pathways. results show performance ranking order as HEFA > DSHC FP ATJ GFT, assuming equal weight for all criteria.

Waste tires are a distinct type of waste material that is produced in large quantities. These present significant environmental challenge due to their high toxicity and flammability, as well persistence the difficulty storing or processing them. Every year, approximately 1.4 billion produced, they typically end up either landfills being incinerated, exacerbating these problems. However, also promising source energy energetic materials, thanks low moisture content, heterogeneous nature, heating value. comprised various including carbon black, fabric, filler, antioxidants, natural rubber, steel wire, all different compositions. This study provides an in-depth analysis methods for converting into biofuels, green chemicals, innovative materials applications. The specifically includes bibliometric examine current research trends, identify knowledge gaps, explore prospects tire biorefinery. Additionally, comparative assessment traditional strategies managing discussed. proposes new integrated biorefinery incorporates multiple valorization tires, alternative pathways integrating thermochemical biological processes. Bibliometric shows frequently used keywords tire-related include pyrolysis, crumb recycling, combustion, activated carbon.

Several researchers around the world have been investigating use of supercritical fluids incorporated into process to create a method known as hydrothermal gasification (HTG). Thus, present study aims evaluate what has produced regarding biofuels from HTG. A bibliometric analysis Web Science (WoS) database was performed for articles published between 2006 and 2022. In first analysis, 331 were identified, refined analyses 320 311 publications Core Collection (2006- 2022) using VOSviewer, CiteSpace, Microsoft Excel. The year 2022 had highest number articles, with 54 publications, followed by 2021 2015 45 31 respectively. three journals most significant impact Bioresource Technology, Algal Research: Biomass Biofuels And Bioproducts, & Bioenergy, TPs 26, 18, 17, China, USA, Canada represented 11.48%, 10.89%, 7.52% total publications. Investments in research on carbonization should be more countries that publish more. Much still needs done advancement area, evidenced low Future studies focus related technologies such liquefaction pyrolysis
