To alleviate the shortage of natural gas supply, in-situ conversion coal to is more beneficial for advancing clean and efficient use energy. Since contains complex components, such as H2, CH4, CO, their leakage poses a serious risk human life property. Currently, area consequence harm caused by leak in gathering pipeline transporting has not been clarified. Therefore, this paper adopted method numerical simulation pre-study concentration distribution each component determined that main components concern are CO H2 components. Afterward, diffusion law analyzed studied under different working conditions, wind speed, temperature, pipe diameter, direction, aperture ratio. The results indicate when occurs, largest influence range. With increasing warning boundary rapidly expands downwind, then gradually diminishes, reaching peak value 231.62 m at 7 m/s. range leaked inversely proportional temperature directly diameter When leaks laterally, early maximal.
