Abstract In modern times, nanoparticles have materialized as indispensable things in contemporary medicine, with a variety of uses clinical, drug and gene conveyance. the present study, TiO 2 (NPs) prepared from leaf extracts Mollugooppositifolia Trianthema portulacastrum were compared chemical ‐NPs for antibacterial antioxidant activities environment‐friendly nature through various tools like UV‐visible, X‐ray diffraction aid other analytical techniques HR‐TEM, Fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR) photoluminescence spectroscopic techniques. The morphology green is found to be spherical, which supported by HR‐TEM images. FT‐IR analyses data ensure that polycrystalline characters alike presence metal oxide. showed possible photocatalytic activity ruin acid black 1 dye after disclosure sunlight. methods decomposition rates 86.66% 94.33%, respectively. synthesized are also assessed antimicrobial activities. Green exhibit against Pseudomonas aeruginosa (17 + 0.56 mm) Staphylococcus aureus (16 0.24 at concentrations low 100 μL. high inhibition DPPH I radical (50 μg/m) 95.17 ± 21. Therefore, represent eco‐friendly properties degradation dyes due their activity.

Abstract Lanthanum oxide was successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method varying the reaction time such as 6, 12, and 24 h. In XRD, study confirms presence of a hexagonal structure, phase remains same at different times; main goal is to assess average crystallite size prepared La 2 O 3 nanoparticles, which found in range 6 8 nm. An interesting observation from XRD data apparent increase crystalline nature synthesis extended. The UV–Vis spectroscopic studies show change band gap when changed. morphology analysis shows that image revealed particles formed were agglomerated spherical shape, with diameters ranging between 35 86 When tested for photocatalytic activity, nanoparticles degradation methylene blue dye varies. Remarkably, exhibited profound ability degrade dye, an efficiency rate hitting high 89% under halogen light illumination.

Zinc nanoparticles (ZnNPs) are a viable option in number of disciplines, including cancer treatment, due to their special features. Among the several techniques for synthesizing ZnNP, biosynthesis with natural extracts is highly effective and environmentally benign method, especially uses biomedicine. Using an aqueous extract marine red seaweed Jania rubens, we created unique biosynthetic technique this study manufacture ZnNPs. The produced ZnNPs have characteristic flower-like form, as seen by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) transmission (TEM). production involvement biomolecules synthesis process were validated energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDAX) Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) techniques. MTT assay, cytotoxic effects biosynthesized evaluated, indicating ability inhibit MCF-7 breast cells. Furthermore, ZnNPs' cytotoxicity against cells was live/dead imaging experiments, which supported results.
