The need for effective cooling methods has become very critical because of the miniaturization and increasing heat flux density in power electronics equipment. systems must have good thermal management engineering efficiency safe operation. Due to loads, liquid options are more preferred than air solutions. In this study, performance a plate is investigated by using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) tools. Different flow path configurations examined homogeneous equipments with high density. pressure losses, surface temperatures resistances at different coolant rates computed compared together.
