In the process of CO2 geological storage in salt water layer, leakage along wellbore will seriously affect effective target area. To solve this problem, based on investigation a large number failure cases and gas wells injection stage wellbore, influencing factors risk were investigated detail. Based analytic hierarchy (AHP) extension theory, 17 basic evaluation indexes selected from 6 perspectives to establish index system wellbore. The established was used evaluate well X field BZ Block. results showed that tubing had smallest weight, followed by cement sheath, casing–cement sheath interface sheath–formation largest accounting for 23.73% 34.32%, respectively. grade Ι, with minimal risk. effect excellent. comprehensively considers string, micro-annulus interface, which can provide scientific basis assessment under layer.
