Abstract
There
has
been
a
rapid
increase
in
the
world's
output
of
main
poultry
products
(meat
and
eggs).
This
reflects
customer
desire
for
these
high‐quality
safe
comparatively
low
price.
Recently,
natural
feed
additives,
plants
have
increasingly
popular
livestock
industries
to
maintain
improve
their
health
production.
Polyphenols
are
type
micronutrient
that
is
plentiful
our
diet.
They
phytochemicals
benefits,
notably
cardiovascular,
cognitive
function,
antioxidant,
anti‐mutagenic,
anti‐inflammatory,
antistress,
anti‐tumour,
anti‐pathogen,
detoxification,
growth‐promoting
immunomodulating
activities.
On
other
hand,
excessive
polyphenol
levels
an
unclear
sometimes
negative

on
