Abstract
The
fecal
microbiome
is
emerging
as
an
essential
component
of
the
gut
microbiota
and
host
metabolism,
whereas
in
cattle,
characterization
still
needed.
Recent
evidence
indicates
that
small
RNAs,
such
miRNAs,
may
be
isolated
from
feces
involved
host–microbe
interactions.
In
this
study,
samples
were
collected
rectal
