In this experiment, there were a total 420 broilers 10-day-old selected divided into 7 groups (n = 60), nondiarrhea group fed with basal diet (normal control, NC), (diarrhea DC), rest test (diarrhea), supplemented 1 kg/t, 2 kg/t 4 oils/ complex (EO-PGS 1kg/T, EO-PGS 2kg/T, 4kg/T) diet, respectively, (Mpal Mpal diets, respectively. To investigate the regulatory mechanism mediated by hypothalamic OPN5 on seasonal changes in reproductive activities of domestic geese, 60 Magang ganders their breeding period were selected for experiment and evenly divided into an immunization group(OPN5-IM) a control group. On days 0, 15 30, immunized group with OPN5-KLH protein vaccine, same amount blank emulsified vaccine. Additionally, 120 female geese provided to stimulate male geese. The results showed that arrangement spermatogenic cells was disturbed, number sperm decreased, testicular weight, seminiferous tubule area, length diameter, epithelium thickness decreased significantly natural day prolonged. Moreover, concentration testosterone LH while PRL increased. prolonged photoperiod affected gene expression GnRH-I, VIP, FSHβ, FSHR, LHβ, PRL, PRLR ganders. Specifically, LHβ hypothalamus pituitary Following immunization, anti-OPN5 antibody titer OPN5-IM notably higher than degeneration severe compared control, as evidenced significant reduction 60. concentrations lower group, whereas higher. PRLR. mRNA TRH, DIO2, TSHR expressions lower. However, DIO3 up-regulated In conclusion, our indicated performance degraded from non-breeding daylight extended. Immunization against increased down-regulated TSH-DIO2/DIO3 pathway, further affect HPG axis accelerate degradation activity. Therefore, may play important mediating role light-regulating

Light is a key environmental factor regulating reproduction in avians. However, the mechanism of light intensity ovarian development still unclear. In this study, 5-week-old (5 wk) partridge broiler breeders were randomly divided into low-light-intensity group (LL group) and natural-light-intensity (NL (
