Toxoplasma gondii ( T. ) is a zoonotic disease that poses great harm to humans and animals. So far, no effective vaccine has been developed provide fully protection against such parasites. Recently, numerous researches have focused on the use of poly-lactic-co-glycolic acid (PLGA) chitosan (CS) for vaccines infections. In this study, we employed PLGA CS as vehicles ribosome protein (TgRPS2) delivery. TgRPS2-PLGA TgRPS2-CS nanospheres were synthesized by double emulsion solvent evaporation ionic gelation technique nano vaccines. Before immunization in animals, release efficacy toxicity evaluated vitro . Then, ICR mice immunized intramuscularly, immune protections assessed. The results showed could induce higher levels IgG cytokines, activate dendritic cells, promote expression histocompatibility complexes. splenic lymphocyte proliferation enhancement proportion CD4 + CD8 T lymphocytes also observed addition, two types significantly inhabit replications cardiac muscles spleen tissues. All these obtained study demonstrated TgRPS2 delivered or provided satisfactory immunoprotective effects resisting , formulations illustrated potential prospective preventive agents toxoplasmosis.
