Colitis, an inflammatory condition of the colon that encompasses ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease, presents significant challenges due to limitations side effects current treatments. This study investigates potential natural products, specifically AH NSO, as organic therapeutic agents for colitis. Molecular docking studies were conducted identify binding affinities interaction mechanisms between bioactive compounds in NSO proteins implicated colitis, such those involved inflammation oxidative stress pathways. An vivo experiment was performed using albino mouse model with clinical symptoms, histopathological assessments, biochemical analyses evaluate both individually combination. Results from molecular revealed promising interactions fructose Prostaglandin G/H synthase 2 (Ptgs2) cellular tumor antigen p53, energy measured at -6.0 kcal/mol -5.1 kcal/mol, respectively. Meanwhile, presence glucose molecule glucokinase chain A (-6.3 kcal/mol) B (-5.8 indicated efficacy modulating Experimental data demonstrated treatment significantly reduced inflammation, improved gut health, ameliorated symptoms. Histopathological evaluations confirmed mucosal damage immune cell infiltration, while showed normalization markers levels. provides compelling evidence natural, complementary treatments suggesting their future role integrative strategies. However, further research into long-term safety, optimal dosing, action is warranted translate these findings applications.
