Broiler myopathies cause significant economic losses in the poultry industry, adversely affecting meat quality and animal welfare. Cobb 500 Ross 308 are widely cultivated commercial lines globally; however, Anadolu–T is a newly developed genotype with limited research on histopathological evaluation of myopathic lesions. This study focuses breast muscle three different broiler (Cobb 500, Anadolu–T, 308). Additionally, lesions such as lipidosis, inflammatory cell infiltration, connective tissue formation, degeneration were compared among genotypes using manual scoring traditional light microscopy, well less commonly utilized digital image analysis software, including ImageJ QuPath. Macroscopically, exhibited highest WB scores (mean score: 2) (P<0.05), while had WS (1.11) (P>0.05). In lesions, fibrosis observed (0.86), mononuclear infiltration (2.25), lipidosis (3.22), (3) this study, myopathy revealed differences susceptibility genotypes. The was found to be susceptible severity (P<0.05) but more prone
