Surgery is a follow-up action for emergency treatment which often causes physiological reactions the patient and requires hemodynamic monitoring such as blood pressure to prevent delays in complications. Excessive anxiety can change so that it has an impact on delaying surgery schedules. Meanwhile, post-surgery nausea vomiting are symptoms most arise result of anesthesia. This study aims determine relationship between management, controlling patients after general anesthesia at Pringsewu Hospital, Lampung Province. type research quantitative, with design analytic survey cross-sectional approach. The population was all preoperative soft tissue tumor under Province total sample 38 respondents. results showed there level increase General Hospital p-value 0.000 (p-value less than 0.05); There no responses postoperative 0.574 more 0.05). Post-surgical care needs get proper according pre- post-operative procedures surgical order minimize occurrence various effects obtained.
