The existing global health crisis characterized by limited resources, including personnel, has prompted the adoption of telemedicine and telehealth, especially in post-pandemic era. COVID-19 pandemic accelerated these technologies, as world navigates beyond crisis, it is essential to assess extent utilization telehealth telemedicine. Abstract Introduction Innovative approaches like e-consultation services are critical for improving access to healthcare and promoting equity, particularly in under-resourced settings. Despite their growing prominence, limited tools available assess professionals’ acceptance satisfaction with these services. This study aimed validate the modified TAM questionnaire as a reliable instrument assessing physicians’ perspectives on service. Methods focuses exclusively physicians receiving (not providing) service within Egyptian Ministry of Health Population. The tool used consists three sections: demographic data, items perceived usefulness (PU) ease use (PEU) e-consultation, questions addressing satisfaction, challenges, suggestions improve was subjected thorough validation, including face validity evaluated by an expert panel construct which assessed through factor analysis. Results demonstrated excellent internal reliability, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient exceeding 0.92 both PU PEU. Exploratory analysis identified two domains, PEU, explaining 81.17% variance, loadings ranging from 0.661 0.912. Confirmatory (CFA) confirmed two-factor model, standardized between 0.80 0.95, Comparative Fit Index (CFI) Root Mean Square Error Approximation (RMSEA) 0.084.
