The cyclic process of the circular supply chain (CSC) involves many stakeholders, and how to synergistically promote active participation different entities in CSC practices complex context interacting factors is an important condition for moving towards low-carbon sustainable development realizing economic benefits as well competitive advantages enterprises. Therefore, based on technology cycle perspective (recycling, remanufacturing, refurbishing, repairing, reusing), this study combines text mining bibliometrics identify drivers, establish a factor prioritization assessment model, construct comprehensive framework set implementation pathways covering multiple subjects multidimensional interaction mechanisms. results emphasize that most critical drivers are policies regulations, resource use efficiency, consumer awareness attitudes, with contribution rates 5.1%, 4.5%, respectively. On basis, paper explores efficiency-enhancing path strategy synergistic by from perspectives four key CSC. It puts forward policy recommendations successful at level mechanism construction specific operation, provide theoretical guidance cooperation upstream downstream subjects.

Circular Economy (CE) has emerged as a trend in both practical and academic discourse recently been adopted into core EU sustainability legislation such the Eco-Design Directive. Redesigning supply chains to incorporate principles of circularity bears potential enhance performance. However, date, holistic, inclusive, versatile frameworks that support this redesign are missing. Based on this, present paper introduces framework discusses current state comprehensiveness its included metrics. An analysis documents stemming from academic, legal discourses was conducted order identify CE criteria indicators, consequently, these were synthesised an integrated framework. The contains 29 categories, 73 408 indicators assigned four dimensions: “Environmental”, “Economic”, “Social” “Governance”. integration different enabled development comprehensive set covering wide range Still, some important content gaps methodological limitations have identified should be rectified further refine
