Safe and efficient sortie scheduling on the confined flight deck is crucial for maintaining high combat effectiveness of aircraft carrier. The primary difficulty exactly lies in spatiotemporal coordination, i.e., allocation limited supporting resources collision-avoidance between heterogeneous dispatch entities. In this paper, problem investigated perspective hybrid flow-shop by synthesizing precedence, space resource constraints. Specifically, eight processing procedures are abstracted, where tractors, preparing spots, catapults, launching virtualized as machines. By analyzing constraints scheduling, a mixed-integer planning model constructed. particular, constraint spot occupancy improved to further enhance efficiency. basic trajectory library each entity generated delayed strategy integrated address issue. To efficiently solve formulated HFSP, which essentially combinatorial with tightly coupled constraints, chaos-initialized genetic algorithm developed. solution framework validated simulation environment referring Fort-class carrier, exhibiting higher efficiency when compared existing strategies.
