Abstract Introduction This study explores the relationship between domains of intrinsic capacity and quality life in older adults Europe, with particular focus on sex regional differences. It confirms that is a multidimensional construct involving interconnected components such as mobility, cognitive function, mental health, general health. Methods An exploratory factor analysis was conducted using data from SHARE (Waves 5-6), longitudinal multinational project. The focused 11,493 aged 50 above, residing 13 European countries. Sociodemographic, socio-economic factors were considered, including variables like mobility difficulties, performance, depressive symptoms, self-reported used harmonized surveys representative probabilistic sampling to ensure comparability across Results results show significant differences men women, women experiencing greater deterioration key cognition, Women exhibited higher levels decline, which linked longer expectancy exposure chronic diseases. Social determinants, education level economic status, found have impact QoL capacity, socially vulnerable situations showing rates health deterioration, diseases, decline.
