Compared with traditional technological innovation modes, green technology is more targeted for low carbon development and critical support countries worldwide to combat climate change. The impact of on emissions considered in terms fixed effect mediating models through industrial structure upgrading. For this purpose, the sample dataset 30 provincial administrative areas China from 2008 2020 employed. results demonstrate that exerts significantly inhibitory effects emissions, whose conclusion still holds after removing municipalities replacing dependent variable. Industrial upgrading vital diminish emissions. There significant regional heterogeneity i.e., direct indirect emission reduction eastern-central area, but its insignificant western region. Therefore, it essential realize by further bolstering accelerating fulfill synergy structure.

Pakistan has experienced energy poverty, as most of the people live in rural areas. Poor are stereotyped collecting firewood and using unclean sources to meet their residential needs. As a result, respondents provinces with highest rates poverty set high priority on this research. Structured interviews were used conduct research parts Punjab Sindh provinces. Due apparent country’s large population rapid industrialization, conventional cannot present Results revealed that areas had exposed residents security problems such health dangers, fire accidents, time financial illiteracy, other issues at various levels severity. alternative must be explored. This aims determine best renewable choice for Pakistan’s In terms pricing, life duration, operation, maintenance costs, results show solar is source Pakistan. The key barriers continue promote have been identified. Finally, study suggests policy recommendation public private sectors overcome related alleviate by utilizing maximum energy.

Algeria's recent economic shifts have caused its macroeconomic data to exhibit an abnormal distribution, requiring a nonlinear approach examine the asymmetric impact of technological innovation (TI), fossil fuel energy (FFE), and renewable (RE) on CO2 emissions. This study employs autoregressive distributed lag (NARDL) model analyze these factors Furthermore, Quantile Autoregressive Distributed Lag (QARDL) Granger Causality (QGC) approaches are employed for robustness checks. The NARDL results indicate that positive shocks in TI decrease emissions, whereas negative increase Positive RE also while no effect. In contrast, FFE but even stronger effect, resulting almost double emissions over time. These findings confirm presence asymmetry, as regressors clearly influence Algeria. Moreover, from causality analysis TI, RE, causal effect consistent with QARDL QGC approaches. Therefore, it is crucial Algeria prioritize investment sustainable technology implement carbon-neutral policies reduce reliance encourage use cleaner sources. shift towards green sector requires policymakers ensure aligns development objectives.
