Abstract The study aims to investigate the effects of various organic amendments and bio-stimulants on soil fertility, plant growth, yield in Capsicum annuum (chilli) cultivation. objective was evaluate efficacy these treatments as sustainable alternatives conventional chemical fertilizers. Ten were applied, including combinations such farmyard manure (FYM), vermicompost, poultry manure, like Panchagavya, Fish amino acid, Egg alongside control treatment recommended dose fertilizers (RDF) at a 30:60:30 NPK ratio. tested included FYM, each combined with different 3G extract 3%. results revealed that T₈ (Poultry @ 6 t ha⁻¹ + acid 3% 3%) most effective, achieving highest fresh fruit (6809 kg/ha) dry (1224.64 kg/ha). It also improved key quality parameters ascorbic (141.50 mg/100g), total soluble solids (10.95 °Brix), calcium content (45.00 mg/100g). Organic significantly enhanced health by increasing carbon content, nutrient availability, microbial activity, while reducing stress markers proline. In contrast, (RDF NPK) showed inferior performance yield, health. These findings suggest combination offers promising alternative fertilizers, promoting agricultural practices improve both crop productivity environmental resilience. Future research should focus optimizing inputs for broader applications.

Poultry farming generates significant poultry litter (broiler and laying hen manure), posing environmental human health risks. Heat treatment, particularly through drying, can mitigate these adverse effects. This paper aimed to explore the impact of various drying methods on key process indicators. The literature review showed that kinetics broiler in a hot air dryer is affected by manure depth, velocity, temperature, relative humidity. Nevertheless, effect humidity insignificant manure. Hot freeze oven have effects nutrient content litter. In both manure, specific energy consumption decreases as temperature rise. Low temperatures cause poor bacteria destruction litter, but at over 50°C, Salmonella completely destroyed. ammonia release from very sensitive moisture content. Poultry manure has immense potential to generate bioenergy supply some of producers' electrical consumption. However, if desired, the combustion this biomass requires investigation important thermal parameters for its efficient and automated industrial-scale application. This study determined such as ignition burnout temperatures, activation energy, combustibility indices by thermogravimetric analysis under two approaches: isoconventional models with a set differential integral equations previously trained validated machine learning models. temperatures were 212.28 443.94, 214.30 452.70, 223.31 464.09 °C 10, 25 and, 20 min−1 heating rates, respectively. The index calculated from these was 4.78, 6.13, 4.22 × 10−7. Activation energy based on models, whose values 99.11 (Friedman), 117.78 (FWO), 107.50 kJ mol−1 (KAS). Isoconventional adequately represented mass degradation function temperature. Moreover, after training testing, our (neural networks, decision trees, random forests) satisfactorily described poultry manure, enabling optimization temperatures. showed interesting characteristics that can be optimized learning.
