The photovoltaic poverty alleviation project, part of the “Ten Major Precise Poverty Alleviation Projects” implemented by Office State Council, significantly contributes to eradicating and rural revitalization. A difference-in-differences model was utilized in this study assess project's impact on households. This analysis used tracking data from households both with equipment installed without “S Town,” Jiangsu Province, 2017 2021. results indicate that installations lead an increase per capita disposable income, hence reducing poverty. However, further suggests better health work capacity disadvantaged correlate lesser benefits project terms income. policy implications these findings include a necessity for developing innovative models sector enhance conditions farmers, their dependence government subsidies.

The global horizontal irradiance (GHI) is the most important metric for evaluating solar resources. accurate prediction of GHI great significance effectively assessing energy resources and selecting photovoltaic power stations. Considering time series nature monitoring sites dispersed over different latitudes, longitudes, altitudes, this study proposes a model combining deep neural networks convolutional multi-step GHI. utilizes parallel temporal gate recurrent unit attention prediction, final result obtained by multilayer perceptron. results show that, compared to second-ranked algorithm, proposed improves evaluation metrics mean absolute error, percentage root square error 24.4%, 33.33%, 24.3%, respectively.
