The increasing complexity of integrated energy systems has made reliability assessment a critical challenge. With increasing dual pressure from global large energy consumption and environmental protection, multiple integrated systems (IESs) can provide more effective ways to achieve better utilization performance. However, in actual circumstances, many challenges have been brought coupling sources along with the uncertainty of each generated power efficient operation IESs. To resolve this problem, article reviews primary research on optimization scheduling technology give constructive guidance systems. Firstly, conceptual composition classification IESs are presented.
