Plants have served as the foundation of traditional medicine since earliest civilisations. In light this, it is crucial to study phytochemical and physicochemical properties Bauhinia variegata seed oil discover novel secondary metabolites. Seed extracts were obtained through successive Soxhlet extraction using methanol petroleum ether. The particle size 0.25 mm achieved highest bio-oil yield at 24.8%. was characterised various techniques, including FTIR, GC-MS, 1H & 13C NMR. Elemental analysis revealed presence Pd (0.03 ± 0.01 ppm), Cd (0.003 0.007 Cr (0.02 0.05 Zn 0.008 Mg (0.04 ppm) Na (0.45 ppm). further analysed for basic properties, compounds, revealing alkaloids, glycosides, carbohydrates, phenolics, tannins, saponins, flavonoids terpenoids. highlights biomedical, biodiesel industrial applications bio-oil.

ABSTRACT Metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) are ideal supports for the synthesis of porous composite catalysts. In present study, Sn‐Bi bimetallic metal–organic (Sn‐Bi‐MOFs) supported silver‐doped phosphotungstic acid (AgPW) catalysts (AgPW@Sn‐Bi‐BDC and AgPW@Sn‐Bi‐BDC (NH 2 )) were successfully synthesized via a simple in situ impregnation method, which was subsequently applied to catalyze esterification production biodiesel from oleic (OA). The physico‐chemical properties prepared underwent comprehensive analysis through XRD, FTIR, N physisorption, SEM, EDX, NH 3 ‐TPD, Py‐FTIR, TG, XPS techniques, confirming successful AgPW on Sn‐Bi‐MOFs framework.
