ABSTRACT The development of metal–organic frameworks (MOFs)–based heterogeneous catalysts with both Lewis acid and Brønsted sites has proved to be promising useful because they offer an economical route synthesize environment‐friendly biofuels. Here, a series Al‐based MOFs, functionalized by single ‐H, ‐NH 2 , ‐NO groups, are successfully synthesized applied as supports load phosphomolybdic (HPMo) through facile one‐pot hydrothermal method, forming composites HPMo@Al‐MOFs‐X (where X = ), it was used esterify fatty acids into biodiesel. structural features the prepared hybrid materials were evaluated various techniques, including XRD, FTIR, BET, SEM‐EDS, NH 3 ‐TPD, Py‐FTIR, TG, XPS. material characterization revealed that catalytic behavior HPMo@AlB composite is better than HPMo@AlB‐NH HPMo@AlB‐NO pure AlB. optimized conversion oleic (OA) 97.5% under reaction conditions. Moreover, maintained above 90% after nine cycles demonstrated excellent reusability. This outstanding activity stability mainly attributed large specific surface area (138.4 m /g), appropriate pore volume (0.47 cm mesoscale size (17.7 nm) reduced mass transfer resistance, high total acidity, synergistic effect ensures efficient esterification. present research introduces important reference for advancing high‐performance MOFs‐based industrialize biofuels production.
