ABSTRACT Based on the natural, social resource‐based view, stakeholder theory, and complementary principles of justice, this study aimed to reveal influence mechanism between top management circular commitment (TMCC) economy practices (CEPs) through perspective human resource (HRM) diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI). We have highlighted role interplay (CE‐HRM) DEI culture for implementation CEPs. collected questionnaire data surveys in Sichuan Chongqing, China, analyzed hypotheses conceptual model using structural equation modeling. found that: (1). TMCC can positively (2). indirectly CEPs CE‐HRM, which CE‐HRM acts as partial mediation. (3). Diversity culture, including labor law protection groups rainbow (LGBTQ+) group, shows significant moderating effects CE‐HRM. Equity demonstrates This not only delved into CE‐HRM; it also incorporated first time. It provides new insights, supports justice interdependence environmental sustainability, breaks dearth Chinese context LGBTQ+ research.

Abstract Time‐temperature indicators (TTIs) play an important role in logistics, supply chain, and inventory management. They indicate a visual signal when the temperature exceeds predefined threshold. However, TTIs require manual process of checking each label individually, making their applications time cost‐intensive. Radio frequency identification (RFID) tags can streamline with data readily available digital format. Challenges RFID‐based sensors are need for battery incompatibility standard readers. In this study, thermoresponsive composites developed based on acetylene black (AB) poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG). By mixing two PEG binders having different molecular weights, resulting function as thermal antifuses, irreversibly transitioning from high resistance (HR) state to low (LR) state. The optimal composition detects threshold ≈60 °C shows large HR/LR ratio >10 3 . Combining antifuse unique AB/PEG composite RFID tag tamper detection capability allows fabrication battery‐free, passive indicator equipped 1‐bit non‐volatile memory. device track environment temperature‐sensitive items, save status, output has been exceeded.

This paper introduces a two-echelon optimization model for the integrated routing of an electric vehicle (EV) and traditional internal combustion engine (ICEV) in urban environment. The scientific context this study is sustainable logistics. case focuses on distribution pharmaceuticals metropolitan area Rome. Distributing large cities presents significant challenges, including heavy traffic congestion, need strict temperature control, maintenance integrity timely delivery sensitive medications. Furthermore, complexity logistics adherence to regulatory requirements introduce additional layers difficulty. Therefore, implementation fast mechanisms crucial context. Specifically, seeks minimize both total CO2 emissions transportation costs while optimizing use EV ICEV, all ensuring that service level are met. Computational results demonstrate effectiveness proposed method improving sustainability pharmaceutical distribution.
