ABSTRACT Agriculture is a vital sector that must operate efficiently to meet daily dietary needs, manage logistics, and enhance food production. However, it faces significant challenges, particularly concerning product safety within supply chain management. Addressing these issues requires the adoption of advanced technologies ensure transparency, traceability, sustainability in agricultural chains. Moreover, maximizing value maintaining consumer trust are crucial modern practices. Existing methods often struggle provide transparent information stakeholders, trust, accurately trace origins. To overcome this study proposes an innovative approach integrates blockchain technology with novel Dilated Self‐Attention‐based TabNet (DSA‐TabNet) algorithm for The DSA‐TabNet utilized quality assessment, leveraging create tamper‐proof record transactions data. This allows stakeholders track flow products access critical information, including storage conditions, transportation details, harvesting cultivation data integrity secure transactions, Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance (PBFT) consensus employed. PBFT enhances system's reliability by preventing fraudulent activities chain. also detects patterns related quality, enabling early identification such as adulteration, spoilage, contamination. By learning from historical data, receive timely notifications, ensuring consumers high‐quality safe products, thereby increasing efficiency reducing losses. effectiveness proposed evaluated using key performance indicators, precision, specificity, F1‐score, accuracy, recall, throughput, latency. results demonstrate integration significantly reliability,
