The concern that over-depleting natural resources (NAT) may somehow be costly for environmental quality is a recurrent topic in empirical analysis. However, the literature has predominantly focused on studying effects of increases NAT use environment, ignoring potential non-linear interactions. current study seeks to expand previous by examining ramifications Russia, home one world's richest resource reserves. In this regard, adopting load capacity factor (LCF) as an indicator, examines how positive and negative changes affect country's well-being within framework N-ARDL model 1992–2021. This uses artificial intelligence unit root asymmetric Fourier causality approach robustness Empirical evidence suggests shocks have deleterious influence LCF, while contribute well-being. Nonetheless, long-term shock decreases LCF greater amount than it. results also demonstrate 'U-shaped' connection between income growth ecological well-being, confirming validity LCC hypothesis. Furthermore, outcomes reveal renewable energy consumption human capital upgrade quality. Therefore, Russian policymakers should focus SDG 7, 12, 13 targets, which refer substantially increasing primary secondary education, share green total mix, effective management utilization.

Abstract Environmental sustainability is increasingly being prioritized by governments around the world, particularly in emerging economies. This study examined role of green finance and technological innovation environmental using “load capacity factor”, also takes into account natural resource depletion forest cover. used annual data from 2000 to 2018 for economies: Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Turkey Mexico. Methods analysis included cross‐section augmented autoregressive distributed lags (CS‐ARDL) model, along with validation common correlated mean group (CCEMG) (AMG). The results show that finance, forested areas consistently have a positive impact on sustainability, while has negative impact. findings CS‐ARDL are consistent those CCEMG AMG. makes recommendations economies need prioritize REDD+ (Reducing Emissions Deforestation Forest Degradation) initiatives implement decoupling policies, addition technology achieve sustainability.

Factors such as investments in environmentally clean technologies, globalization, and institutional quality significantly increase environmental quality. The study aims to provide light on how quality, economic growth affect a sustainable environment. In addition, this evaluates the European Union's carbon zero target by 2050 results of achieving neutrality 2030, which was put agenda at UN Climate Change Conference Parties (COP-26). For purpose, ten countries (Germany, Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland) that invest highest technology Union were selected study. data range is from 1990 2019. Also, validity load capacity curve (LCC) hypothesis investigated these countries. CCEMG DCCE estimators used estimate long-run coefficients. When panel assessed whole, LCC determined be valid both estimators. According country-based results, it has been only for Spain. also includes following observations. (i) Environmental technologies LCF improving (ii) Globalization reduces Austria. (iii) Institutional variable decreases Austria increases Germany France. These findings suggest attain environment future, policymakers should raise research development budgets technology, enhance standards institutions, take globalization into account.
