Abstract Subject and purpose of work This study seeks to assess analyse cooperative performance using PEARLS a partial Balanced Scorecard (BSC) tool at savings credit cooperatives (SCCs) in Eastern Indonesia. Materials methods Both primary secondary data as well time series analysis were used, which consists financial perspective (PEARLS) customer from 2019 up 2021. The used the quantitative research method based on balanced scorecard analysis. Results results show that terms during pandemic, it must be admitted several indicators did not achieve target. In asset utilisation, need develop new marketing strategy so their resources can managed improve welfare members. pandemic is indeed one reasons owned cannot attributed community, because many community members have experienced decline economic capacity. Purpose A growing body of management research is investigating how organizations can provide solutions to major social and ecological issues. Scholars suggested alternative organizations, in particular those that prioritize community democratic decision-making, as more effective engaging with societal challenges. Abstract Growing concern about Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance is pushing businesses, including social economy enterprises such as cooperatives, to seek solutions for Sustainable Development (SD) challenges. This study explores the current landscape of ESG reporting by Spanish adding limited knowledge their sustainability disclosure practices. We propose a specific framework these entities based on non-financial indicators preliminary step develop an index reporting, Cooperative Reporting Index (COOPESG). In terms methodology, first create ad hoc database primary data sourced through analysis cooperative websites. Then, reviewing reported companies, are then used index. Our findings show that only half sampled cooperatives have section website reporting.
