Abstract
This
study
aims
to
synthesize
knowledge
on
the
interconnections
between
rule
of
law
and
environmental
sustainability
by
reviewing
existing
literature
across
various
contexts.
The
topic
is
timely

relevant,
particularly
in

climate
change,
global
challenges,
ongoing
discourse
about
role
promoting
sustainable
development.
We

PRISMA
framework
for
search
selection,
organizing
it
into
two
main
themes:
one
investigating
direct
effects

its

foreign
investment,
