Subject. This article analyzes the changes in external debt of modern-day Russia. Objectives. The aims to determine dynamics Methods. For study, I used analysis and synthesis, special economic mathematical methods, particular, correlation regression analysis, neural network, cluster analyses. Results. study reveals a wide range Russia highlights importance ratio per capita US dollars country's GDP. Conclusions. revealed Russia, associated with change GDP context priority export goods (services), demonstrates extreme values borrowing dominance short-term over long-term obligations.
