This study examines the levels of executive excess compensation (EEC) that stimulate quality and efficiency enterprise technology innovation (ETI). Using a behavioral agency perspective, we investigate how companies achieve superior ETI by providing sufficient incentives to motivate executives perform best their abilities. We use panel threshold model based on sample Chinese-listed biopharmaceutical find that: (1) an EEC between 0.0592 0.1907 significantly affects promotion quality; (2) regarding efficiency, generally do not receive they deserve; (3) existing has weak negative impact gradually disappearing as increases. Heterogeneity analysis reveals restricting eastern area strengthening supervision in state-owned enterprises are effective measures for stimulating ETI. advance literature guidance plans different regions.

University-industry collaboration (UIC) plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of higher education. This study explores benefits UIC from university’s perspective, with an emphasis on collaborative support mechanisms that amplify these benefits. examines incentives and mediating factors related to education, research, economic within universities, particularly Mongolia. The results hypothesis testing indicate while have direct positive effect lecturers students, mobility industrial guest professors has negative implications for both economics research further suggests professional does not indirectly enhance or universities. In conclusion, education universities offer numerous benefits, including improved facilities, new knowledge, employment security. Improving mobility, academic freedom, teaching training programs, growth, capabilities can significantly improve comprehension.

Knowledge transfer in university-industry collaboration (KTUIC) has been a hot issue of concern recent years. Based on 874 articles published the core collection Web Science, this paper conducts an in-depth bibliometric and visual analysis terms literature distribution, cooperation network, co-citation, knowledge base, research hotspots analysis. The results show that number annual publications shown approximate exponential growth past decades. UK is most critical node cross-border cooperation. Alessandro Muscio, with 11 publications, Henry Etzkowitz, 793 citations, are prolific cited authors respectively. Research Policy highest frequency citations. base KTUIC includes UIC transfer, basic theories U-I relationships, university TTOs, Bayh-Dole Act patenting, individuals technology transfer. mainly focus related issues third mission entrepreneurial universities. Additionally, we also propose future agenda from perspective five bases. These findings contribute to deeper understanding development status KTUIC, offer valuable guidance for directions.
