Critical Infrastructures (CIs), which serve as the foundation of our modern society, are facing increasing risks from cyber threats, physical attacks, and natural disasters. Additionally, interdependencies between CIs throughout their operational lifespan can also significantly impact integrity safety. As a result, enhancing resilience has emerged top priority for many countries, including European Union. This involves not only understanding threats/attacks themselves but gaining knowledge about areas infrastructures that could potentially be affected. A Union-funded project named PRECINCT (Preparedness Resilience Enforcement INfrastructure Cascading Cyber-Physical Threats), under Horizon 2020 program, tries to connect private public stakeholders in specific geographical area. The key objective this is establish common cyber-physical security management approach will ensure protection both citizens infrastructures, creating secure territory. paper presents components PRECINCT, directory Infrastructure Protection (CIP) blueprints. These blueprints support CI communities designing integrated ecosystems, operating replicating (or toolkits). integration enables coordinated management, incorporating improved 'installation-specific' solutions. Serious Games (SG), Digital Twins (DT) significant part project, serving novel vulnerability evaluation method analysing complicated multi-system cascading effects Living Labs (LLs). use SG supports concentrated advancement innovative enhancement services.

Undertaking systemic risk assessments of critical infrastructures (CIs) is necessary to improve understanding, mitigate impacts, and increase resilience cascading effects intensifying hydrometeorological hazards. This paper presents a novel quantitative approach with stakholder participation for simulating local physical interdependencies between multiple infrastructure sectors that may be disrupted by floods. The model comprised power, water, telecommunications, emergency, transport systems. Local (node-edge) metrics were computed identify critical, vulnerable, non-redundant CIs in the network. For located areas under floods, global (for whole-network degradation) evaluated failure propagation. was tested case study Halmstad Municipality, Sweden, history extreme events. Results identified key communication high disruption potential flood exposure, as well specific residential industrial near hazard zones being most vulnerable due their extensive dependencies.
